The operating system for agencies.

A social media agency is a small machine with many parts. Clients ask, content gets scheduled, approval drags on, the post goes out (or doesn't), the invoice arrives late, and at month's end no one knows exactly how much was earned. Today, all of this lives across seven different tools.

Strike exists to clean this up. One place for the client to log in and see what's coming. One place for the team to plan, assign, execute. One place for the client to approve — not in an email, in the product. One place where the invoice goes out on its own when the work is done.

It's not a scheduler with extras. It's the way a social media agency runs.

The problem

You have 12 clients. You're using 7 tools.

Scheduling lives in one tool. Invoicing in another. Tasks in a third. Mockups in a separate storage. Approvals lost in email threads. And every new client means setting it all up again.

What's inside

Four things that become easy.

Each one does the job of an entire tool. Together, they're what's left of your stack.

01 · Planner

Calendar and client feed, side by side.

See what's going out, on what day, on what network. Drag and drop. Preview the Instagram feed before your client does.

Calendar · Feed preview · Drag-drop

02 · Approval

Your client approves in their own portal.

Their own login, posts in real preview, comments anchored to what they're seeing. Approves with one click. No email, no WhatsApp.

Client portal · Comments · History

03 · Invoicing

Track the money without switching tools.

Your client pays via Stripe, InvoiceXpress issues the certified receipt, and you see who paid, when, and where you stand against the annual threshold — all inside Strike. (Portugal only in V1.)

Stripe · InvoiceXpress · VAT control

04 · Metrics

Monthly report in an email.

Reels, posts, Stories aggregated by client. Metrics that fit in an email — not in a hand-built slide deck.

Meta API · AI report · Benchmarks

How it works

Four steps. One place.

01

Plan

Create the post in the planner. Upload files, write the caption (or have AI draft it), pick a date and network.

02

Approve

Send it to the client. They see a real preview, comment, approve. You see what's pending in real time.

03

Publish

At scheduled time, Strike publishes via the Meta API. You don't have to be online at 6:30pm.

04

Invoice

Client pays, your invoicing software issues the receipt, and Strike closes the loop — who paid, when, and where you stand against the annual threshold.

Frequently asked questions

At launch, we support InvoiceXpress — the most widely used in Portugal and the one with the most solid API for this kind of integration. Paste your API key and the receipt goes out automatically when your client pays. Moloni arrives in V1.1 (Q4 2026). Spain, France, Germany and Italy follow, with the certified providers of each country.
