Acceptance
By creating an account on Strike.os you accept these terms. If you disagree, don't use the service.
Account
You're responsible for your account and your team members' access. Don't share credentials outside your agency.
Content
The content you upload remains yours. You grant Strike the minimum necessary right to display and process it inside the platform (including publishing to social networks at your request).
Payment
Monthly upfront card payment. No refunds for the current month after day 1. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Limitations
Don't use Strike for illegal content, spam, or to violate social network ToS. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Limitation of liability
Strike is provided "as is". We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. In any case, maximum liability is the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Jurisdiction: courts of Porto.
